Refund Policy

We do not accept returns. All orders are nonrefundable.

If jewelry arrives damaged during transport, Warao will replace your jewelry with a product in the same style. We require that the original, damaged jewelry is returned for quality control purposes. In order to process an exchange, please contact sales@waraobrand.com for next steps and a return label.

For order cancellation, the request must be emailed to sales@waraobrand.com within 48 hours of placing the order. 

If you need to make changes to your placed order, please contact sales@waraobrand.com

Once an order is placed in "In-transit" status, we no longer hold responsibility for that order and you must contact USPS directly for any lost or stolen packages. We are not obligated to replace/refund/provide store credit in the case of a lost or stolen package.
